Tapestry Road is a Minneapolis-based folk-rock duo known for their entertaining originals and fresh acoustic takes on the songs everyone knows and loves. Combining the songwriting and musical talents of Brenna Larson (fingerpicking guitar, vocals) and Scott Strauss (bass guitar, vocals), the pair delivers a nostalgic and joyful celebration of the '60s and '70s folk-rock era.

Their upbeat show weaves together the iconic hits of Carole King, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, and Cat Stevens with sharp, witty original tunes. More than just a concert, their performance tells the story of two lifelong musicians who recently crossed paths, fell hard for one another, and found a shared musical identity. Through sweet harmonies and playful "true confessions" songs, they mix Laurel Canyon classics with their own intimate songs of love, humor, and wisdom.

Performing primarily as a duo (and sometimes expanding to a trio or quartet), Tapestry Road brings their humor and talents o a wide array of listening venues, festivals, private events, songwriter showcases, house concerts, and cafe gigs. Every performance is an entertaining journey that takes audiences back in time, celebrates the soundtrack of our lives, and makes you laugh along the way.
